Our Staff

The Law Office of Thomas F. Feller, PLLC, is dedicated to providing experienced legal services for injured workers in Washington State.

We assist injured workers throughout the Western Washington area with their industrial insurance cases, focusing on both state fund and self-insured claims in Washington State.

 Our staff is experienced in helping people with Washington State workers’ compensation cases.

Paralegals

  • Susan Gehring

    PARALEGAL

    Susan comes from a family of attorneys and knows what it takes to help clients and assist the firm’s attorneys as needed.

    Coming from a strong base in education, Susan has a Bachelor’s degree in French and Humanities from Brigham Young University. She has also pursued graduate coursework at BYU and the University of Victoria. Growing up in Washington, she knows the area and its people well. When not at work, Susan enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and trying new cuisine.

  • Amanda Lukens

    PARALEGAL

    Amanda graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a Bachelor’s in Law, Societies and Justice. Amanda has many great attributes, one being her tenacious character. Her tenacity has helped defend injured workers for the past ten years. Originally from the Olympic Peninsula, Amanda enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and border collie, Korra. Amanda also plays the violin in a local symphony and serves on its leadership committee.

  • Amanda Chavez

    PARALEGAL

    Amanda has experience working as a Workers Compensation Adjudicator at the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries where she successfully completed a 22 month apprenticeship program (claims adjudicator training) with the Department. She is also certified by the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council as a Journeyman Workers’ Compensation Adjudicator.

    To gain even more experience and knowledge in the Washington State workers’ compensation field, she also took a position with a third-party adjudicator (TPA) and adjudicated claims for a year and a half in the self-insured field. Amanda also has several years of experience working as a paralegal in workers’ compensation law firms. When away from work Amanda has two dogs that she loves to be with when she’s not fighting for our injured clients.

  • Lynette Schell

    PARALEGAL

    Lynette worked previously for the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries and has extensive knowledge of our Washington State workers’ compensation system. She has also worked in law firms previously and understands the different types of claims that injured workers can have in our state—a state fund or self-insured claim, injury or occupational disease, etc. When not at work, Lynette loves spending time with her family and friends.

  • Jasmine Zuniga

    LEGAL ASSISTANT

    Jasmine speaks and writes English and Spanish fluently and has been with our firm for several years as well, and she has also worked various positions within our firm and has proven her ability to adapt and serve others. She also works closely with our office staff and attorneys to communicate the needs of our clients so they are receiving all the benefits and services they are entitled to by law.

  • Gardenia Espinoza

    LEGAL ASSISTANT

    Gardenia worked for a law firm previously which practiced Immigration and Elder law (Estate Planning, Guardianship) where she learned to provide excellent customer service to clients. She speaks English and Spanish fluently. At our firm, Gardenia welcomes the opportunity to work directly with clients on their cases and builds a caring relationship since she has a cheerful and sincere passion for working with clients to assist them on their industrial insurance claims. Outside of work, she was in a choir for 6 years and enjoys learning to play new instruments, and when not working or playing with music, Gardenia enjoys spending time with family!

  • Monique Grimm

    BOOKKEEPER

    Monique has been with the firm almost since it began and handles all aspects of our accounting and trust accounting. She provides an indispensable service to our clients who are hurt and injured and who need their disability checks and payments which are associated with their claim. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in accounting and did construction accounting for several years previously. She loves spending time with her family and friends, especially grandkids!

  • Daisy Clemente

    New Paralegal

    Daisy graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a bachelor’s degree in Law, Societies and Justice. Daisy is passionate about helping injured workers and has worked in the legal field for many years assisting injured workers with their claims and concerns (and she speaks Spanish and English fluently). As a Washington native, when Daisy is not in the office helping injured workers, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and three pups, traveling, reading, and trying new cuisines.
